Defender of human rights and the environment, he is co-founder and executive director of 4H5H MEDIA, a strategic advisory company based in New York, working in the areas of media, entertainment, content production and technology, with projects focused on social impact, sustainable development and ESG.

He is an advisor to several non-profit organizations, corporations, governments and international organizations such as the United Nations and its agencies, including the Global Compact.

He began his career as a Brazilian federal prosecutor and later, in New York, he was vice-president of Banco Santander and COO - corporate and legal director of the investment boutique Violy & Co.

He was director of international relations, government and community affairs at LMDC, the American government agency responsible for the reconstruction of the World Trade Center area, destroyed in the September 11 attacks, the reconstruction of a memorial and the renovation of the southern part of Manhattan. He was CEO of the PRISA group for the Americas, a leader in the area of media, entertainment, news and education in Spanish and Portuguese.

As a human rights advisor, he works on issues related to refugees, stateless people, LGBTQIA youth, and health, education and the dignity of girls and women.

One of the founding advisors of BrazilFoundation, an organization from which he was recognized and awarded for his activism in diversity, equity and inclusion, he received several other honors including the Bella Fella Awards for Human Rights and recognition from President Obama's White House for services to the nation American.
